It was the first time our partner was outsourcing some of its sales functions offshore. We were tasked to source the youngest and smartest talents to join our partner's sales team in Manila.
We assembled and launched a recruitment task force to target the top universities in the region and implement a strict screening process to select the best candidates. After the sales team was put together, we were then tasked to manage it on our partner's behalf.
