We integrated a team of accounts analysts and a team of sales administration specialists with our partner's onshore teams. Our task entailed real-time processing of accounts payables and receivables as well as completing the order validation and invoicing process on behalf of our partner's sales team.
By augmenting our partner's existing sales support staff, their clients' wait times from placing the order, to confirmation and releasing by at least 50%. As a result, our partner is able to process more orders while maintaining a high-level of client satisfaction.
